Richard Pierce
CEO and President
|
Richard Pierce has been actively involved in the Portland business community
for over 25 years. He began his career in telecommunications working for the Radio
Communications Division of Motorola. In 1983 he left Motorola to form a start-up
radio-paging business with one of his Motorola customers.
Telecomm Systems Inc. grew over the next twelve years to become the largest privately
held paging company in the Northwest. Pierce lead the 1995 merger of Telecomm Systems
(aka Portland Paging) and US West/Westlink Paging operations in six western states and
managed the combined operation until 1997.
Rich has been an active participant in many local and state organizations. He is past
chair of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Oregon Chapter and a 10-year board
member. Pierce was also an 8-year member of the downtown Rotary Club, Young President's
Organization and Portland Executives Association.

Phil Keisling
Executive Vice President
for Sales and Marketing
|
Phil Keisling, is CorSource Technology Group's Executive Vice President for Sales
and Marketing. Prior to assuming this role in March 2007, he served as Senior VP for
Business Development and Marketing, and as VP and General Manager for the ProDX
business unit. Keisling joined the original Professional Data Exchange organization
in February 2000.
Prior to working in the private sector, Keisling served almost 9 years as Oregon's
Secretary of State. His responsibilities included overseeing the elections process,
corporate registrations, the auditing of all state agencies, and managing approximately
200 employees and a $15 million annual budget. He also served in the Oregon House of
Representatives and spent six years as a journalist in Oregon and Washington D.C.
He earned a BA degree in American Studies from Yale.
Phil is currently a member of the board of the Software Association of Oregon (SAO)
and the Oregon Business Association (OBA).

Mark Shia
Chief Financial Officer

Mark Shia is Chief Financial Officer
of CorSource Technology Group
and has held the position of Controller since the company's inception in February,
2004. As CFO, he is responsible for the finance and accounting operations of
CorSource Technology Group, as well as the Agilis Solutions and ProDX business units.
Prior to joining CorSource Technology Group and ProDX, Mark held similar financial management positions
with Oregon-based manufacturing and distribution companies such as OECO, Columbia
Distributing, ESI and Adec.
Mark is a Certified Management Accountant and a board member and former President of
the Portland Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. He has also managed
manufacturing operations and holds a CPIM certification from APICS. He earned an
MBA degree from the University of Houston and a post-baccalaureate certificate in
accounting from Portland State University. He has a Bachelor of Business Degree,
with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Texas.

Eileen Boerger

General Manager, Agilis Solutions

Eileen Boerger is Executive Vice President of
CorSource Technology Group and General
Manager of Agilis Solutions, where she has been responsible for the delivery of
project services since 2000. Eileen has extensive experience in the development
and management of software systems and applications. She also has managed the
outsourcing of software development and maintenance projects to three countries,
Vietnam, India, and New Zealand.
Prior to joining CorSource Technology Group Eileen was Vice President of Operations at QualityLogic,
where she was responsible for delivering Quality Assurance services. She has also
held a variety of management positions at Mentor Graphics Corporation, including
Vice President, Intellectual Property Partnerships, Vice President of the Design
Flows Strategic Business Unit and Vice President of Corporate Engineering. Prior
to Mentor Graphics, Eileen was Vice President of Software Technology at Unisys
Corporation.
Eileen is currently a member of the Oregon Engineering and Technology Industry
Council (ETIC), a public sector - private industry partnership focused on growing
the capacity and excellence of Oregon's engineering and technology programs. She
is past chair of the Software Association of Oregon (SAO) and served on the board
of the Women in Technology International (WITI) Foundation. Eileen has been
recognized by Open Computing magazine as one of the "Top 100 Women in Computing".
